What We Do

A flexible, interconnected structure designed to expand science access across multiple community spaces.
Our Hub Model
Roots of Discovery uses a flexible, hub-based approach that adapts science learning to schools, libraries, and community spaces. Each hub centers hands-on exploration, youth leadership, and place-based learning.

Hub A: Youth Leadership
Students train as Roots Rising Ambassadors to design and lead inquiry-based science experiences for their peers and community.
Hub B: Library Science Labs
Interactive, hands-on workshops that transform libraries into accessible community STEM learning hubs.
Hub C: Mobile & Community Outreach
Pop-up and on-site science experiences that bring real-world STEM learning directly into schools and community settings.
